jlpark Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between you and jlpark regarding your access to the website, account services, games, betting markets, promotions, payment facilities, and related features. References to “you,” “your,” or “member” mean the person who visits or holds an account. References to “we,” “our,” or “the platform” mean jlpark.

You accept this agreement when you register, tick an acceptance box, make a deposit, place a wager, claim a promotion, or otherwise use jlpark after the terms are displayed. One Account per Person

4. Identity and Payment Verification

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before release. jlpark may request additional information, correct an obvious balance error, offset a confirmed chargeback, or return funds through the original payment route when appropriate. Bank and e-wallet processing periods can affect when released funds become visible.

6. Games, Odds, and Sports Betting

Members must review the rules, odds, market description, event details, stake, and potential return before confirming any jlpark wager. Once accepted, a wager normally cannot be changed or cancelled merely because a member made a mistake, changed an opinion, or did not understand the selection.

Sports markets are settled using official results and the relevant market rules. Postponements, abandoned events, participant changes, dead heats, overtime, and statistics corrections may be handled differently depending on the market. Casino, slot, bingo, and jackpot outcomes are governed by their respective game rules. Connection loss does not automatically cancel completed play. If a jlpark game round was recorded by the system, the server record may be used to determine the result.

7. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

8. Prohibited Conduct

Fair participation is required whenever you use jlpark. You must not interfere with the website, exploit an error, use another person's identity, disguise your location, manipulate a market, coordinate fraudulent wagers, or obtain an unfair advantage through unauthorised software.

Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Using bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated betting systems;

jlpark may investigate suspected prohibited activity, preserve relevant records, restrict transactions, void affected play where permitted, or close an account. A review may continue until sufficient information is available to reach a reasonable decision.

9. Responsible Gaming

If you request self-exclusion, you must not attempt to bypass it by opening another account. jlpark may close related accounts discovered during an exclusion period. Returning after a break does not create any guarantee of a different result.

10. Suspension and Account Closure

You may stop using jlpark and request account closure, subject to verification and the settlement of legitimate pending transactions. Account closure does not erase obligations, investigations, or records that must be retained for security or compliance purposes.

jlpark may suspend, limit, or close an account where these terms are breached, verification is not completed, security is at risk, prohibited activity is suspected, or continued access would be inappropriate. Where possible and lawful, eligible remaining funds will be processed after required checks and adjustments.

An inactive account may be handled under the rules communicated by jlpark. Members should keep contact information current so that important account notices can be received.

11. Availability, Errors, and Liability

jlpark aims to provide a stable service, but continuous or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, internet outages, mobile network issues, supplier interruptions, device problems, cyber incidents, or events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

Members are responsible for using compatible devices, maintaining a reliable connection, and checking whether a wager was accepted before placing another one. Screen delays or local device displays do not override the confirmed jlpark server record.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, jlpark is not responsible for indirect losses arising from unavailable access, a member's failure to protect credentials, reliance on unconfirmed information, or participation that breaches these terms. Nothing in this section removes a right that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes, Interpretation, and Contact

jlpark may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect legal, security, payment, product, operational, or responsible gaming changes. The revised version becomes effective when published or on a later date stated in the notice. Continued use after that date indicates acceptance.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply as far as permitted. A delay by jlpark in enforcing a provision does not permanently waive that provision. Headings are included for convenience and do not alter meaning.
